Nancy Hersh is a data-driven technology executive bringing over 20 years of experience at the intersection of energy, analytics and innovation to her role with Clarum Advisors.  A former Chief Data Officer at Arcadia and Vice President of Data Science at Opower, Nancy has experience scaling growth companies through IPOs and strategic acquisitions. She currently runs a data science consultancy focused on building data science capabilities at growth energy companies. Nancy also serves as Chairperson of the Board at Green Seal, an environmental certification nonprofit. With deep expertise in machine learning, product strategy, and organizational leadership, she builds high-impact data teams and cultures that turn information into action.
