Albert Morales is a senior energy and infrastructure executive with more than 25 years of experience across roles and technologies. He has held president, CFO, COO, investment banking, and corporate law roles, giving him a distinctive combination of financial, operational, commercial, and legal expertise. Mr. Morales has particular experience operating at the intersection of complex contractual arrangements, capital raising and project deployment. Mr. Morales has supported dispute-related analyses and testimony; led capital formation efforts for both companies and large-scale projects; overseen project development for more than 200 MW of biomass facilities; and directed strategic, financial, and commercial planning for private equity– and venture-backed platforms. His work has encompassed corporate strategy, project financing, stakeholder and lender relations, commercial negotiations, and company building across growth-stage and established enterprises. Mr. Morales has been an invited speaker on renewable energy topics, contributed commentary to major business publications, and served on the New Hampshire governor’s energy and environment transition team.
